Just back from France where we twice had awesome rhubarb tarts. Want to make them at home, but cannot find the recipe.

These were not tarts with a crust. Rather, these were almost a Bisquick consistency filling with rhubarb throughout.

Does anyone have a recipe for something like this?

Colorado files lawsuit against feds for immigration enforcement failures posted by: Jeffrey Wolf , Web Producer
written by: Thanh Truong , 9NEWS Reporter

DENVER - State Attorney General John Suthers on Friday filed a lawsuit against the federal government.
Suthers filed the suit as directed by Referendum K, which was approved by Colorado voters last November.
"As directed by voters, my office has filed suit against the federal government for its failure to protect and secure the borders. Although similar lawsuits initiated by other states have failed, we believe 9/11 has changed the way we must look at border security and whether the federal government is meeting its constitutional obligations," said Suthers in a statement.
The referendum stated that federal failures are costing state taxpayers when local government has to pay for health care, incarceration and criminal defense of suspected illegal immigrants.

We went out for two years. Things were not so good the last 2 months. I was kind of a ***** to him at times. He out of nowhere told me to leave and never come back, that he had enough of my nagging. I was yelling at hiom becase he was smoking weed and he would not open the window. The day beofre that we were hugging and telling each other how much we loved one another. When he told me to never come back I did not leave. I stayed and cried near him for 2 hours and he said he could not take me anymore, he did not olike the person that I was. He even laughed at me and told me to just move on. Do you think he still cares about me and thin ks about me? I want to talk to him......

I met somebody when I was 17, of course it was by chance and it was my very first relationship, so naturally I was madly in love. However, a year and a half later, while I still loved this person, we reached a stage where we fought and argued a lot, & we eventually broke up (we got back together a month later). Now, it's been two years, (& I'm 19, person's 21) and there's been both wonderful times & low times, but I feel as if I'm ready to move on and try dating someone new. However, the person I'm still with I deeply care about and love as a person, but I'm just not physically or sexually interested in this person anymore (this person is perfectly attractive, i've just lost my desire). Is this normal? I've tried bringing it up in conversation, but this person still insists on hanging on to the relationship and usually I wind up feeling bad (after being put through a guilt trip). Any advice for me? (Please be respectful).

My sister has been buying a flat, all seemed OK and she has a solicitor with the normal buying fees (about £1000). She has now come across some really big problems with the purchase caused by the vendors.

Firstly they are unwilling to provide insurance on the common shared parts, hallway, roofs etc. Secondly it now turns out that the only access to the flats is built illegally so that you have to cross property not owned by the vendors. The owner of the property not owned by the vendor could easily restrict/block access to her flat.

My sister is a first time buyer and has little money to spare with house prices the way they are, we need her to move out of our house as we are adopting a child.

She obviously can't buy this property now, so should the sellers be liable to pay towards the solicitors costs, seeing as it is their fault she can't buy the flat? It has obviously been mis-represented and doesn't seem very fair. Any advice appreciated.

he has gotten fired from two different furnace jobs.he was told he is not fast enough and, does not know what he is doing diagnoising things. he said they lie. nothing is never his fault.always someone elses. i do feel bad and sorry for him. he is a very hard worker and i have seen him do good work but not on his job. could the company be right?? i told him kindly he should either take a refresher or do something else. he said no he knows it all. im a nurse and still dont know it all as things always change and realize and admit this. thats reality and fact. we all at times need to keep up with classes to better ourselfs. he has a bad attitude at work. especially if someone tells him an easier way and are younger. i have no problem with it as younger people do know more at times.as they are up on the newest as they come in. sorry for misspelled words 4-give me.
