Anything is possible. I have a hard time reading your post, had to read over and over to get the just of it.

Seems like your friends' baby passed while still in her uterus. It is possible that the cord wrapped around baby's neck or some other act of god, to cause the baby to pass on. I would have, if i were your friend, noticed that the baby had stopped moving, and went to the doctor, Maybe her baby was a "lazy" baby that didin't move much, so she didn't realize it as soon as other moms would.

My heart goes out to your friend. One of my babies was born alive, but died at 10 days old from complications of premature birth.

It is possible to miscarry at any given stage in pregnancy but there would be a fetus still inside her and it would have to be removed and the doctors would have made her deliver the stillborn fetus.
If you don't feel movement in so many hours you are suppose to go to the doctor right away. Sorry to hear this.

What you just said sounds like a lady miscarried a 7 month old fetus without realizing it? I cant see how that is possible considering she would have had to pass a 3-4 lb. fetus.

The baby would have still been there, dead or not. At 7 months, a doctor would have had to complete the miscarriage surgically or induce labor to deliver a stillborn.

Sure, it's possible to lose the baby at anytime, but normally as you progress the odd go down. Typically the baby moves so much it feels odd when he doesn't move.

She probally wasnt 7 months along, if there was no baby present... She may have miscarried,, before getting to like the 20th week.... but she would have realized that....
IF she was 7 months, then its not possible............
I just confused my self... haha.. time for that cup of coffee...

i don't know about your friend.
but sometimes people claim they are pregnant when they are not. then they "lose" the baby in a mysterious way like this.
but i couldn't say about your friend.
but it is suspicioius because if she didn't know anything how could she know it was 2-3 days later when she went to the doctor. something about the story doesn't hang together.

I don't have an answer to your question. I just wanted to tell you that you really need to type properly. No one is going to want to decifer your question before they answer it. And would it really kill you to spend a couple more seconds spelling out each word?

yes she should have known, because at 7 months, you feel your baby move every hour...and she should be aware and worried if the baby didn't move for a certain time, unless she was working and moving all the time and missed it...

its poissible cause of a accident. i mean a baby got hit by something by accident , it might be at any age... it could still die. best way is to check for a heartbeat.
