This is SOOO good!!!!! I found this recipe one time when I was looking for unique recipes...I made it for a party recently and EVERYONE lovedddd it! enjoy...
3/4 lb butter, softened
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up soda
LEMON GLAZE
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cream butter and sugar together for 20 minutes.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flour and lemon extract.
Fold in 7-Up.
Pour into well-greased 12-cup Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Make Lemon Glaze- mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together.
When cake is cooled, dribble with Lemon Glaze.

7up Cake:
50 min 10 min prep
8 servings
1 yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
10 ounces 7-Up soda
topping
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup butter
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1. Mix everything except 7up in large bowl beat until light and fluffy.
2. Add 7 up, mix on low speed until blended.
3. Put into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.
4. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Cover immediately with topping.
6. topping: in saucepan over medium heat beat 2 eggs with fork.
7. Add sugar, flour, butter, pineapple and juice.
8. Stir constantly until thick.
9. Add coconut.
10. Prick warm cake with fork and pour topping over.

Seven-Up Sheet Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) package
yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant
vanilla pudding mix

3/4 cup vegetable oil

carbonated beverage
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 (20 ounce) can crushed
pineapple with juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package flaked
coconut
1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, slightly beaten eggs, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until batter is light and fluffy. Add 7-UP ⢠, and beat in well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or till done. While cake is baking, prepare the topping; it will take about 15 minutes to prepare.
4. In a medium non-aluminum saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in 2 eggs, butter or margarine, and pineapple. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in coconut. Spread topping over warm cake.
