When done, the jalapenos have the signature jalapeno flavor with a much milder taste.

I want to get on good terms with the neighboors who just moved across the street, but they are college age and besides age we have too many diffrences, still I don't want them to feel unwelcome because they're young, and everyone hates that they have 6 cars parked on the street, and they spend the day noisily renovating the house...

I’m not a very good cook, but I try. Is there a recipe that I can make my Girlfriend that’s fairly simple but would really impress her? She loves Seafood and spicy dishes.

I'm having a large Kentucky Derby party (about 65 people) on May 5th which happens to be Cinco De Mayo, so I figured I'd do a Mexican theme. I'm really considering having a pig roasted and also setting up a taco station where everyone can make their own. Maybe a nice light Gazpacho soup served in shot glasses and a spicy dish of Mexican cocktail shrimp.

I'm looking for lighter/elegant recipes that would go along with the heavier food. Any ideas or suggestions?

Please don't suggest I "google" as I'd like recipes that people have actually tried and liked. Thanks

When ever I prepare mutton biryani , the mutton pieces tend to turn nearly black in colour. It tastes good but I'm not able to find out the reason for this change in meat colour. Tho it tastes good it does not look that appealing.
I marinate the mutton in ginger, garlic, curd, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder for a few hour before cooking.
Can anyone help me find where the fault lies?
Thanks in advance.

I will be flavoring white boxed cake mix and using the large pans to make a tiered cake. It says 350 degrees to bake. Any idea how long they will take?

My friend is looking a recipe that is about 35 years old. When you fix it you put the dough on bottom and fruit on top. Then bake and everything is where it is suppose to be.
