yes... Dr. Fankhauser's website is pretty cool... it has pictures of each step and he has formulas for making different types of cheese.

Of the two, cheddar and mozzarella, mozzarella is the easier one. Cheddar requires some cultures to give it the distinctive and aging.

wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to just buy it, there are so many varieties available you can choose and try in the deli
