I want to get on good terms with the neighboors who just moved across the street, but they are college age and besides age we have too many diffrences, still I don't want them to feel unwelcome because they're young, and everyone hates that they have 6 cars parked on the street, and they spend the day noisily renovating the house...

Cookies maybe a good idea. I think that college age kids would just be glad to get someone to cook for them again so I don't really think you can go wrong. Anything has to be better than pizza and Mcdonalds! Lol! Try a lasagna or a casserole if you want something that is going to be good left over. Just the gesture is very nice. I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

College kids love a good home cooked meal! Maybe a big pot of spaghetti (add a salad and rolls if you like), or a lasagna, or any dish that you could make that is filling. You might be able to get in good with them and explain the situation. Hopefully things will quiet down after the renovations...hey at least they aren't noisey at night!

Fresh baked cookies, or monkey bread. Something of that nature.
