Thaw it out first. Micro wave should have a setting to defrost it. Or put it in a zip lock baggie and submerge it in cool tap water. Should take about 15 minutes to thaw. Then broil as usual.

In order to properly cook the steak, it will need to be thawed out first.
Here's a little trick that was shown to me years ago (before microwave ovens). Fill your kitchen sink part way up, enough for the steak to float, with very hot water and put the steak (still in it's package) face down in the water. Depending on the size of the steak, it should thaw out in about 15 - 30 minutes.
Have a lovely rest of the evening.

Sunday's answer is correct.
Be patient, put the steak in a zip-loc and submerge in water untill thawed.
Using the Microwave method, the microwave's will start a cooking process from the inside out of the steak that will affect the taste of the meat.

Thaw it first. If you don't have time, thaw it using "defrost" in the microwave. Then broil it about 6" from the burner for about 6-7 minutes on each side.

Sit the steak in some cool water and let it thaw. Season it with some garlic and salt and pepper. Put the steak in a cast iron skillet lightly oiled (olive oil) and put it under the broiler until it's cooked to your liking.

Get a flavor wave oven. you can cook anything frozen, even a turkey. It comes out perfect, as long as you follow the instructions. Can't beat the steak on it!

Better thaw that bad boy first, unless you want a really rare interior!
Microwaves do a great job on "Defrost" setting. You can also thaw it under cold running water, in a bowl. (I'd put it in a zipper bag so the water doesn't suck out flavor.)

If you broil it when it's frozen it will taste terrible. Thaw it first.
