i go for dinner it comes with an onion soup, house salad, a couple shrimp, chicken and steak with white sauce, order of fried rice, vegetables

I love Benihana, but they add a lot of butter and oil to their dishes. Eat in moderation.

Benihana.....you know if you go to Tokoyo they're listed in the phone directory as "American Food"?
Find a real japanese place and let them do the habachi or grill for you rather than the chain. You'll see there's a marked difference. Plus yeah...thats a healthy meal as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, if you eat it in moderation, it's pretty well balanced. And really yummy!
