Sticky rice seems too bland. I plan on making a salad (carrot cucumber and sprouts) and including wasabi sauce on fish and a mustard- inspired dressing on salad

Brown rice (not at all sticky) cooked in chicken stock, after you put it on the plate, make a well and put peas in butter in it. Garnish with orange zest. Super easy.

Get basmati rice. Add some chopped onion and instead of water use chicken broth. At the last minute toss in some frozen peas (a handful only) stir and serve.

As a side note, rather than the sauce for the fish try this some time. Cut a mango into small cubes. Add some chopped red onion, peel a grapefruit, peel off as much as the white pith as possible and slice the segments in two. Place all this in a bowl and mix together with a tablespoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Chill and spoon the cold salsa over the hot fish.
If you don't use this tonight...another palate cleanser between bites. Peel a couple of seedless oranges and again, remove as much of the pith as possible. Cut the segments in two. Add a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add alittle black pepper and chill. After a few bites of fish, have a segment or two and see how this citrus salad refreshes your pallet. You'll be amazed!

Baby greens (spring mix) with tangerine garlic and green onion salsa. Tie the salad to the tuna by putting a little on the tuna as well as the salad. Maybe a long grain brown rice with pine nut that will accent the tuna flavor very well. I'd serve this with an italian sangiovese red wine you'll be amazed how well this red wine works with the tuna.

Do not overlook a long-time favorite with such a tasty meal plan; BEAN SPROUTS have been "a local delicasy" in the Asian culture, which now is gaining many accolades for Health benefits.
