I had a potato dish at a restaurant that consisted of them sliced thinly and then layered with some kind of egg/cheese mixture between layers. Finished, it appeared as a solid block. Anyone have ideas what this could be or how to make it?

I'm a beginner with cooking, and I've been making brownies in a 9x13 glass pan with brownie mix. They come out nicely but the edges are always hard, I know my mom's are that way too. Does anyone have tips on how to make them so they aren't AS hard along the edges of the pan?

Also, can I use PAM cooking spray to make them come out of the pan easier?

Thanks!

I mean just plain old spaghetti. Usually the family adds what they want on it after. The spaghetti is in a big container, so I'm wondering how much spaghetti to use and how much water. Thanks.

My husband is veryyyy picky when it comes to eating. He is pencil thin and only likes cheese and meat (fav is ham) pretty much. His favorite meal is Mac and Cheese. Aside from cheese pizza and lasagna there is little he will try or touch. Any ideas for what I can make him for dinner? Btw he hates veggies.. but if he cant see them he would eat them im pretty sure.
