I'm a beginner with cooking, and I've been making brownies in a 9x13 glass pan with brownie mix. They come out nicely but the edges are always hard, I know my mom's are that way too. Does anyone have tips on how to make them so they aren't AS hard along the edges of the pan?

Also, can I use PAM cooking spray to make them come out of the pan easier?

Thanks!

Try the fudge brownies and bake about 5 degrees less than required make sure the rack is in the center and reduce the time to cook by 5-7 minutes. Once the brownies have bake for the required time cover with aluminum foil so they will not dry out and harden. Once cool cut into square and place in a covered container. This should help the key is not to let them dry out or over cook.
