We are having a potluck at work and I need a valentine's themed appetizer/salad or colors red/pink? Any ideas?

You could make a salad with beets and cut them out to be heart shaped.

CREAM CHEESE DIP.....
put cream cheese on the bottom of a dish and then a few cups of salsa and then shred mozzarella cheese on top....
bring in tortilla chip and there u have it!!!
My office loves it and u have red and white .... for valentines day!

Everybody brings salad! Take red heart shaped jello or something. I dunno. But Beets are disgusting and lame.
