Add protein for breakfast - it will take you much further than just skim milk. You can have an egg or an egg white omelet. Or try some sliced turkey breast too.

Forget the mayo for lunch, and garlic will make you smelly.

Dinner - perfect, although I would skip the sweet, starchy batatas and have more cabbage, or add brown rice, salad or mushrooms.

Other than that - you are on the right track.

Not bad, but you need to round out your breakfast a little more.
Add a whole grain (either some toast, or low-fat granola, or maybe oatmeal) and some fruit.
A bit of protein would be good too, even if ti's just a bit of peanut butter on your toast.

You might try to get some more milk products in there too, like some cheese on your lunch.
And more fruits and veggies never hurt, if you snack between meals you can fit in some carrot sticks or an apple...

But really, as a base, it's not a bad plan.

eating tuna everyday is actually not healthy considering the fact that they mercury in them. try it like 2-3 times a week. you can also add some cereal and maybe some straberries/banana along with the skim milk. other then that it sounds good. Also instead of having just 3 meals a day try eating like 5-6 times a day but in small servings. Its proven that eating small amounts is alot healtier for your body then eating mass amount in one sitting.

In my opinion it seems that you are not eating enough. Are you trying to loose weight. In the morning, add some high fiber cereal to your milk/ or some fruit (maybe grapefruit). Try Kashi, it's a cereal that's high in fiber and protein, but not really high in calories and sugar. The benefit is that you will feel satisfied and full longer until lunch time.

you're pretty good. you can actually go to mypyramid.gov and track your daily to weekly to monthly and even yearly food intake and excersise. all you need to do is go on just for 5 minutes a day before you go to bed and type in everything you ate all day and all the physical activity you did. then it will calculate everything from what you need to eat more of to what fats you need less of and what to stay the same. it will eventually keep you fit and healthy.

You need more for breakfast. A bowl of whole grain cereal and some yogurt won't kill ya, it will help to continually fuel your body which burns more calories.
