I don't nessecarily want it to be red or pink, I just want a nice, simple, yummy dessert, something chocolate is always nice

You could do a chocolate pudding pie. that is probably the simplest thing you can make. Get an Oreo cookie crust already in the little pan. Buy some instant chocolate jello pudding. The pudding sets in about 10 minutes. You can let it get firm in the cookie crust and buy some chocolate whipped cream to go on top...
or get some of those cookies that are all ready for you to put them in the oven and just bake. They have Valentine themes...

Hot fudge sundea! This is delicious and sexy with a cherry ontop simple to make too. Chocolate fudge brownies warmed in the microwave with hot fudge about 20 seconds and scoop of vanilla rich vanilla ice cream. Don't forget the cherry! That is sweet and simple.

Something about this day and chocolate. LOL So I would make frosted brownies. And I would put some valentine decorations on them.

that's what I am doing....well the batter was divided into two pans, one 8" square and one 8" circle. cooked and cooled, then take the circle and cut it in half, turn the square to look like a diamond and put the flat side of the circles on two adjoining sides of the diamond to make a heart and frost, icing or decorate it.
