I love to cook, and I would love to have a great recipe for Cannoli. It would be even better if it was reasonably easy, but if thats impossible then difficult is fine. Thanks so much! (Please only answer if you have tried the recipe, there is nothing more annoying then attempting to cook a terrible recipe.)

I know this probably seems like a silly question. My husband has never cooked for me since I have known him. When I told him that it would be nice for him to cook me a meal once in a while he said he cooks for me all the time when he grills. I don't consider grilling a steak and a baked potato a home cooked meal. What do you think?

I'm looking for desserts/treats that are low cal and fairly healthy in ingredients that can be frozen in individual serving sized portions and thawed for serving. I''m hoping that having these types of itmes on hand will help me when I'm having serious cravings. That way I can reach for a healthy and appetizing treat in the freezer as opposed to running off to the bakery!

P.S. I find desserts containing fruit flavors to be the most satisfying!!

I really enjoy preparing a salad with tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, yellow peppers, feta cheese and the mandatory olive oil. I'm new into this thing about questions and salads and basically wanted to know if what I prepare has a name. Thanks in advance!

I'm up early and trying to think of a nice breakfast to make my fiance and I, and thought it wouldn't hurt to ask you all here. I'm trying to think of something more interesting than the basic eggs and bacon.

We have eggs, bacon, bread, english muffins, bisquick, and most basic condiminents and spices.

Just seeing if anything creative (and good!) could be made out of this! Some people surprise me with good ideas sometimes!

Thanks!

I live in southern spain, and there is not much in the way of any imported foods. The stuff we do get tends to be super expensive..I love to cook, and would be happy to make things like naan bread and flour tortillas, but can't find a good recipe. HELP!

How the heck do you make a rice paper roll that stays closed when you bite into it. It's all slippery and wet and falls open

Last night, I got some take-out Thai food from our local restaurant -- the dish was called "Drunken Noodle." It was WAY too hot and spicy for my tastes and even physically burns my tongue when I try eating it. Any ideas about what I might be able to add to the dish to calm down the spiciness? Otherwise, the whole plate will go to waste!

I'm going to make a bean salad for the first time, and will be using a mix of red kidney beans, chick peas, romano beans, black eyed peas and corn. Know a recipe for a dressing that would work well with these ingredients?
