Here is a recipes I found that is similar
Creamy Vegetable Soup C/P
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients
1 lg onion; chopped
1/4 c butter
3 md sweet potatoes; peeled,
-chopped
3 md zucchini; chopped
1 bn broccoli; chopped
2 qt chicken stock or
2 qt vegetable broth
2 md red potatoes; shredded
3 cloves garlic; minced
1 cn creamed corn or 3/4 cup
-fresh corn; kernels
1 ts celery seed
1 ts ground cumin
2 ts salt
1 ts pepper
2 c light cream
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a 4 to 5 quart crockpot except cream. Cook on the
low setting 6 to 8 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender. Ten minutes
before serving, add the cream, if using. Heat through and serve.

Been there myself and did enjoy the soup as well! There is a copt-cat recipe at recipe.robbiehaf.com. It is a basic creamed veg soup,pureed. I make mine starting with chicken stock, add carrots, onion, potatoes,and corn. When vegs. done,puree and add cream.Season to taste

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which can be used for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out much too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fresh vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
