I'm up early and trying to think of a nice breakfast to make my fiance and I, and thought it wouldn't hurt to ask you all here. I'm trying to think of something more interesting than the basic eggs and bacon.

We have eggs, bacon, bread, english muffins, bisquick, and most basic condiminents and spices.

Just seeing if anything creative (and good!) could be made out of this! Some people surprise me with good ideas sometimes!

Thanks!

Mini breakfast pizzas

- scramble the eggs and stir in bacon peices

- place english muffins on cookie sheet, sprinkle with shredded cheese and cover with eggs and bacon

- toast for a few minutes in the oven (just long enough to melt the cheese)

cook off your bacon, pat it dry, and chop it into bits, add it to the bisquick mix, cook it off in five inch rounds, spread a little mayo and ketchup on them, add a fried egg or two, and melt some cheese on top. Make some breakfast sandwiches.Serve them with hashbrowns, fruit salad, or whatever you've got. Tastes delicious...mmmm

For breakfast this morning, I had a roast beef, swiss, mayo on rye sandwich.

I was too lazy to do the bacon and egg thing.

I had a diet Dr Pepper and some water to drink.
