I just started a diet where I have to eat a lot of vegetables a day. I'm not a big vegetable fan, but am learning to like them! My question is, what are some good ways to make flavorful frozen vegetables. I know a lot of people steam them and add butter for flavoring afterwards, but I'd like a healthy recipe, maybe without butter. What are other ways to flavor the vegetables? Thanks for any answers you have :-)

I am making a swiss cheese fondue this evening. I am serving with it veggies, potatoes, breadsticks, shrimp, and sliced sirlion. I will be pre-cooking the shrimp and steak. What are your suggestions on how to do it? Boil, grill, pan sear, broil, etc. I also want to get some added flavor into each. Thoughts?

My fiance is a meat and potatoes kind of guy. He is very picky. I love any kind of vegetables and often have to make 2 dinners. The only thing I found that he likes is Beef stir fry I would like to make healthier recipies he will eat but I can't find any "normal" ones. The ones I find have weird spices and ingredients that I would only use for that recipie. A good web site/cookbook would be appreciated as well. Also, how do you sautee mushrooms so that they taste like the ones you get in steakhouses.

My son's doctor thinks he should be eating more things with beans in them. No problem, but he's not quite two yet. So I'm looking for some good recipes with pinto beans that he may like. Thanks!
