How the heck do you make a rice paper roll that stays closed when you bite into it. It's all slippery and wet and falls open

If you make them about 10 hours before you're going to eat them, they'll stay closed without opening..........I had the same trouble, then found out that if you make them and let them sit in the fridge in a Tupperware container, they come out great!!!

I usually wet them and placed them under a damp towel while I'm making them. This will absorb extra moisture while still keeping the rice paper pliable.
