Just wondering cuz I love them, these have no sugar but I cannot see many vitamins etc coming from them..

how can it be full of sugar when its sugar free ...

Cookies are cookies, I mean all the bad things like excessive sugar, refined flour, transfats ( to make them crispy) are still there.

The ginger is just a flavour and does not do much good to counteract the bad affects of eating high sugar food...

Ginger is good for you. I even buy ginger root. Ginger is good to settle your stomach. I use it in a special tea i make when i get sick Using other herbs as well with the fresh ginger root grated.

Ginger cookies can help reduce motion sickness because of a certain vitamen in them.

eat ginger/FReSH food COOKED with garlic, not cookies...they might not have sugar but don't tell me they have NO fat as well?
