Any one got a good suggestion/receipe for a pudding? I am not that good a cook so nothing too horrendously difficult! Ideally something that can be done a bit in advance. Dinner is going to be braised beef in red wine so maybe something light for afters? Boyfriends family visit....help!

I love cooking beans for my family and they love it too but the gas that we suffer from after eating beans is too much of a punishment. My friends have suggested adding some baking soda so the beans while cooking but that didn't work, another one suggested draining the first boiling water when cooking...I don't think that is a good idea as to me it means I would be removing some of the nutrients of te beans. Please advise/assist.

I just bought Avacado and someone had told me I am not supposed to refridgerate it. Is that true? They had told me to just leave it on a dish on the counter (at room tempature) and after 2 days, it'll be okay to eat. I am not sure if this is true or not? How are you supposed to store Avacado? And what are some ways how you can eat Avacados. What are some ways you eat it?

I am not a chef, but I do know my way around a kitchen pretty well. My husband and I think that I am a fantastic cook. I recently decided to never cook chicken again because it always seems to come out dry except for when I stuff it with tomatoes, mozzerella, and spinach, and bake it in light Italian dressing (that's a recipe I invented when Brian decided he wanted to drop a few pounds and it's delicious and seems to be the only one that doesn't come out dry no matter how I prepare chicken.) So why does my chicken always come out dry, and what can I do to make a moist, juicy, delicious chicken?

P.S. It has to taste good too, because chicken has almost no flavor on it's own.
