okay:
if rolling out your own dough- USE FLOUR!!
dont make holes in the dough!!
dont make the crust too thin, the sauce will leak through.
make room for the crust, dont put sauce all over the dough, leave about 1 or 1/2 inches!
Put the dough and sauce in the oven alone. THEN add the cheese when dough starts to brown!

For the perfect pizza base I cook my pizzas on a pizza stone. That way they cook evenly on the bottom and only take half the time in the oven as the stone is pre heated until it is extremely hot.

dont over proof it if your making it from scratch. the dough that iis. and be sure to watch your toppings. to many can cause undercooking. but as for carry out papa johns is a great choice real candian bacon
