I prepare the pancakes thin and quite large and keep them warm on a plate and serve them with ingredients in bowls that people can chose from: cubes of lean ham, emental, poached eggs, prawns, shredded salmon, creme fraiche. That's for the main course. For the dessert one: a choice of caster sugar, real butter, crushed berry sauce, nutella chocolate paste, and Canadian maple syrup (awesome:-)
Have a great Pancake day (and Carnival)!

For the savory starters; prawn, cream and mushroom - served with salad. For the sweet desert - lemon, sugar and syrup. We take pancake day VERY seriously in our house lol!!
