For instance I want to calculate the calories (perferably all the nutrition info) per serving (1/2 cup) for this spahgetti sauce recepie:
1.25 lb ground turkey
1 small onion
1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
1 cup red wine (merlot)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 28oz cans Hunt's organic petite diced tomatoes
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano

well I heard you can just put some chicken in a baking dish and pour some cream of mushroom soup ontop.....do you know the actual recipe????? help thanks!

I got some nice looking steaks today at the market for a good price, but I know that this isn't the best quality steak. So, I am curious to know how to treat it gently! Help! I am not grilling outdoors at this time of year but all other cooking techniques are available to me (including an indoor grill pan). Thanks! If I need to marinate it, etc, that would be helpful to know as well.

I'm trying to think of something to make for dinner tonight and I'm an extremely novice cooker. My boyfriend and I want beef of some kind that we can just kinda fry up and have with potatoes and stuff, but we don't want steak and we don't want just regular hamburger. My mom used to make these things she called "minute steaks" that were really good, but I can never seem to find anything like this at the store...anyone have any ideas for me? (Remember: Simple and preferably inexpensive!)
