Where can i get some milk cream?

I see sour cream in the refrigerated section of food stores but couldn't find any fresh milk cream ... where can i get it?

you should be able to get a small container of cream- usually called heavy whipping cream in the grocery store near the milk.
If you want fresh cream- you will have to check with the laws of oyur particular state - some states allow farms to sell fresh milk- I am able to get fresh raw milk from a farm in my area and I just skim the cream right off the top for coffee, whipped cream, creme fresche and other things. Some states however have laws forbidding the sale of fresh milk- you may however be allowed to participate in a cow share program where you pay for a 'share' of the cow - usually $4.00 a week and you are free to do as you please with the milk as long as you dont sell it or give it away. If this is not an option for you- go to the grocery store and ask a clerk if they carry cream and where in the store you might find it.

Your in the wrong section of the dairy the sour cream is with the cottage cheese.
For real cream you need to go to the milk section and look above it for half and half and heavy cream.

Look for heavy whipping cream in most supermarkets. Usually in your natural foods places you can also find clotted cream or creme fraiche.
