Almost like the saefood rule, fresh seafood comes in on sunday right so ever buy on Friday with the bread the ingredients probalbly get put together and arrive on tuesday so find the day when the bread is most deliciouse and buy only on that day because that day will be the fresh day

those are probably the regular baker's day off. If you give to cooks or bakers the exact same recipe they will always be slightly different. The ovens may also be cleaned on weekends that can change the temperature in convection style ovens

It could be the a result of partying over the weekend and people just aren't all their yet.
That's sort of a joke/saying that I've heard about cars where the lemons are typically Monday cars while the better cars are the Wednesday cars.

What a strange thing to notice guess on a frisay and saturday they are all fed up and wnanting to go home, mondays they are in less of a hurry and let it cook properly, which do you prefer?

the cook probably has more time to cook it over the weekend than in the week. Try cooking lots of loaves of bread overnight they dont have to rush so much on the weekend
