I know that i run circles around my wife in the kitchen,,,my father has perfected the art of grilling,,,,,i know many families where the woman makes most of the meals buy why is it that when the man cooks the meals seem so much better...i know this isnt true all the time but the best meals ive ever had have all been cooked by men,,,why is this???

I have a recipe from a relative who has passed that consists of grated potatoes, salt and flour. Mix together and spread in a long pan. Its kind of a potato bread except its spead in a cookie sheet pan about an inch thick. However Im not sure what temp to bake it at. Its a wet dough recipe, which comes out crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

i know that its a grahm cracker crust, you mix cream cheese and sour cream together, and i think sugar, i just dont know how much...or what else goes in it, its like a cheese cake...

I have some "Kraft slow simmered original barbeque sauce"
on the back, it says "Pour on meat during last 15 minutes of barbecuing"
do I have to pour it on there while it's still barbequing, or can i put it on the plate to dip in when I'm eating the meat?

How long do I leave them on the BBQ, and what temp should I have the BBQ have on, low, med or high? I have JAck Daniels BBQ sauce, when should i put the sauce on them?
