Taco Night:
Brown some hamburger meat and add one of those packets of taco seasoning.
Heat up a few tablespoons of Olive Oil (or whatever you've got) and pan fry some soft flour tortillas until they are crispy.
Heat up a can of refried beans.
Cut up some veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives)
Pile all of your toppings onto the crispy tortillas making your very own Chalupas. Add some cheese and salsa if you want.
This is my family's ultimate favorite meal. Everyone gets to be in the kitchen at the same time making their plates (and this way you get to see what kind of stuff your boyfriend likes and be close to each other at the same time!)

Try stir frying sliced chicken, 1 green pepper and 1 onion then mix in sum salsa to spice it up. Serve with warm tortillas and salad with sour cream, and grated cheese and have fun making your own fajitas! I made this tonight in 10 minutes and the best thing to do is wrap the tortillas in tinfoil and place in a warm oven while cooking

Oh YUM! Love mexican food!
Try some of these websites for quick and delicious mexican meals...
www.foodtv.com - Rachael Ray, Robin Miller, Sandra Lee, and Tyler Florence are my favorites and most of their recipes are EASY!
www.tasteofhome.com - check out their Simple and Delicious section. Most of these are quick-fix meals with tons of flavor and most take less than 30 mins to make.
Bon Appetit!! ...and remember, two garlics (you and your man) cancel out each other, so kiss away!! :o)

Me & my sweetie are having "date night" tonight. I bought a couple of NY strips - my guy Loves to grill! I also got some fresh shrimp, fixings for loaded bakers, corn on the cob to grill & of course fresh garlic bread. My sweetie is doing the steaks & corn on the grill & I'm cooking the shrimp in garlic & olive oil.....Use the sauce from the shrimp to dip your bread in - Mmmmm!!
