Ok, I was going to suprise my wife by making us a nice dinner tonight since she's been working hard at the office, so here is my question:

I was going to take some boneless chicken breast's and saute them and then stuff them with crushed garlic and finally put them over some noodles... my questions is how to make the gravy out of chicken broth... is that going to be watery? I would like it to be thick. Or is there a different gravy anyone knows thats easy and simple for a guy to make and takes great with chicken, garlic and noodles. Help a trying man out ladies! Thanks!

green like the ones you can buy in the supermarket fully sprouted? The instructions say to keep them in a dark place while they are growing, but surely this can't be right. Don't they need sunlight for the miracle of chlorophyll? They are growing, not ripening.

I've never made any of this - but someone told me 3 oreos plus 3 vanilla oreos and then mash them up and add milk!?

Any other suggestions/recipes - I'm trying it this weekend.

I know there are certain cooked foods that cannot be frozen, like a few things that have cheese added I'm told can't be but what are the general rules about it?

Please excuse th hint of panic in th title, but i`v been asked to prepare an evening meal,Sunday night @ my church, and although i`m quite handy in th kitchen, cookin for 30 or people is a little daunting.

So any suggestions to feed a large group of studenty-types,with maybe a vegetarian option, and a preparation time of three hrs from kitchen to table (well stocked kitchen,v.big) would be greatly appreciated...

I have purchased an inexpensive lollipop mold from Target, it is metal but not real solid. Can I crush hard candy such as cinnamon disks and melt on top of the stove and pour into the molds? I do not have a candy thermomather and wanted to do this the fastest way.
