They have been marinating for a day now, so that is good (they should be real tender), but now what can I do with them (its too cold to fire up the bbq). Broil them? Cook em in a covered glass dish in the oven on what temp.? I don't have the weird stuff to make any kind of dish, I am pretty much just wanting to know how to cook them with some BBQ sauce .

Thanks for your help
PS, they are about 2 inches thick

BE SAFE

Last night I made cupcakes and icing from scratch. The icing was made with 8oz of cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. After I frosted the cupcakes, I forgot to put them in the fridge and they stayed out all night.

Are they okay to eat still, or is the icing no good? They are for a friend's birthday dinner tonight, so I need to know if I have to make new ones!

I've had this at several resturants and have yet to make a decent one myself. Lets keep it simple please no bells and wistles, also I like it with diced onion (that's the way I've had it). Please note what's best...fresh or frozen spinach (the fresh was too mushy before), and is fresh or grated parmesan best (the fresh stunk to high heavens and wasn't as cheesy as the resturant style).

I know that Denny's doesn't serve that anymore, but I can't remember what is in it, and what kind of bread they used. I'm going to make that for my bf on Valentine's day morning, so I was hoping to get the recipe.

I'm trying to make a drink that involves butterscotch, anyone know any good recipes for like a butterscotch syrup? If anyone has read Harry Potter, I'm trying to make something that is along the lines of butter beer, so if any1 has a recipe for what they think it would taste like that would be great too.

I'd like to try frying the onion rings out of Nigella Lawson's Feast book. She suggests using a deep pan with oil to fry these. However all I have are 'regular' pans, baking ones. I live on the continent and I do have a frying pot, the plugged in appliance type which I don't see much of in England. Will it be ok to put the onion rings in batter in the basket and lower them into the fryer or will they disintegrate/will the batter come off?
