Blisters (air bubbles) are cause by a few things, the dough is not being kneaded properly. You have to make sure that after the dough is kneaded that you stretch it out to remove excess air. Another cause is the temp. your oven may be too hot for the type of bread your making, try lowering the temp by 10-15 f and cook for 10 mins longer. Hope it helps.

Buy a bread maker and it will do everything for you with the kneading so when you bread up the dough to bake them you won`t have any blisters in the end result.

A method that I have found to work quite well is to use sandpaper. You must rub the sandpaper along the bread rolls in an attempt to sand down the blisters.

you need 2 knead the dough until it is smooth rest it 4 the required time. then when you mould your rolls make sure they 2 r smooth. yes i also agree that lowering temp of oven will help 10-15 degrees would be fine. 1 last thing use the best ingredients possible the yeast freshness is very important good luck!

After you put them in a pan, gently hit the pan on the counter, to remove all air bubbles works good on cakes also. Good Luck

check that you are kneading the dough correctly,also you could be proving the dough too long before baking, the longer you prove the dough the larger the gas bubbles will be that are formed during baking
