I always have some of the same - like: juice, milk, snacks, lunch meat, cheese etc. But for cooking and dinner planning, I go through some cook books and get new things, or I just make it up as I go.

Go into the market. Look around. See what's on sale today.

Choose your meats, and then go into the fresh produce section. Get some good salad stuff, nice fruit. Get some fresh herbs for a change, too, not just the dried ones.

My list wouldn't help you. Mostly laundry soap and stuff like that.

Sorry but I don't make a shopping list, I usually buy for what I have a taste for, or I just look around and what appeals to me I will buy and freeze for another day.

In general we repeatedly get biweekly:
bread
milk
soda
cheese
eggs
lunchmeat
bagels
cream cheese
salty snacks
fruit
fresh vegetables
frozen fries
frozen nuggets
frozen pizzas
taco ingredients
spaghetti ingredients

Besides this stuff, we kind of go with what's on sale for our dinner ideas.
