How about a Trifle?
use all store bought items:
brownies
chocolate pudding
cool whip
toffee candy pieces /oreos cookies crumbled / reese's pieces ( your choice)
get a nice big glass serving bowl- salad bowl is fine:
cut up the brownies into bite sized pieces. put a layer of brownies on the bottom of the bowl, add a layer of pudding, and then a layer of cool whip, keep doing the layers- brownie, pudding ,cool whip until you have cool whip as the top layer. add the toppings of the crumbled cookies, toffee, or whatever on top. Spoon out servings to guests- or make individual bowls for each guest- using margarita/ martini glasses- it looks and tastes great- no cooking -only assembly time.

i package of graham crackers
1/4 stick of butter softened
4T of sugar
2 cups of milk
one package of any instant flavor pudding mix on the shelf
in a small bowl crumble the crackers and mix with a fork the butter or margarine until a small ball forms. in a pie pan or small shallow bowl form a crust of the graham crackers in the bottom.
fix the pudding as directed on the package and put it to the formed crust. place this into the fridge for an hour or two to set up this is fairly fast and easy.

Bannana Pudding:

I'm not putting measurements because you can make single or multiple servings.
Bannanas
Vanilla Wafers
Instant Vanilla Pudding (Note: you can use any flavor of pudding really)
Milk for Pudding

Line a pan or dish with the waffers, then a layer of pudding, then the bannanas, repeat till you feel like it. Simple and one of my favorite deserts!

Make some peanut butter balls.

Melt some peanut butter in the microwave.
Mix in enough powdered sugar till it becomes 'play-dough' like
Roll into balls, and dip into some melted chocolate.

fresh fruit salad
yogurt topped with fresh or canned fruit
if you can go to the grocery store you can buy finished products, or in the baking aisle they have chocolate mouse...only need cold milk.
There is also no bake cheese cake, in the same aisle
hope that helps.

Try making some 'instant pudding' or go buy yourself a bag/package of cookies ... or you could try eating a piece of fresh fruit!
