I have tried making the brownie cups for this recipe twice--maybe three times---no matter what I try--they don't come out right---I tried dipping the tamper in powdered sugar---I'm not over baking them---they get stuck to the tamper -the ones I had a party were perfect--what am I doing wrong--??? I am making the brownie batter for a "cake like"batter---please help --my family loves these little cups and I can't make them---there must be a trick ===thanks

I make these all the time. I've not had that problem, but I wonder if you're under-baking them just a bit. It seems like baking them just a bit longer might harden the top just enough. Hmmm. I'd try another minute or two in the oven and see if that helps. Otherwise, you could try to spray the tamper with either Pam for baking or butter-flavored Pam and see if that does it. Good luck!
