They have been marinating for a day now, so that is good (they should be real tender), but now what can I do with them (its too cold to fire up the bbq). Broil them? Cook em in a covered glass dish in the oven on what temp.? I don't have the weird stuff to make any kind of dish, I am pretty much just wanting to know how to cook them with some BBQ sauce .

Thanks for your help
PS, they are about 2 inches thick

Please remember these are BONELESS. And snowman, in reference to your Answer, the ribs have been marinating in the marinate sauce for a day, its pretty much absorbed into the meat, therefore I can not keep brushing more on, just cook them in the glass dish in BBQ sauce and brush with that ?

Simple. Put aluminum foil down in like a corning ware dish with enough excess to fold over them, pour in BBQ sauce over the ribs, fold foil over and put a lid on and cook at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.

If you don't have a crock pot, get one. There are a million things you can do with one and you'll rarely ruin anything, especially if you keep it on low. You can use any kind of sauce/liquid in a crock pot too, even BBQ sauce. Check out the Food Network, on-line or on satellite. Ask for cookbooks for your b-day. Good luck, have fun and learn to cook "outside the box."

I would drain them to remove excess marinade, then put them in a 13x9 glass dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven with no lid over them. Check them after an hour and turn them over. Continue to cook and turn until desired doneness, then stick them under the broiler to brown and crisp up a little bit. Watch them carefully in the broiler, they will burn.

bake them on 350 for about 45 min. in glass dish uncovered, turning once about halfway through..keep marinade, so you can brush it on periodically to keep them moist..Enjoy..

try the crock pot if you have one! they get so incredible tender when they are slow-cooked that the meat literally falls off the bone.

First of all, fill a pot with cold water , add vinegar , put meat in pot , cover and put in fridge. This kills all e-coli germs, etc.
Keep in fridge 30 min or longer. (Deer meat keep in fridge overnite)
RInse meat good and cook in some canola oil.
Or u could buy that Food Lion Fryin Magic stuff u put on meats.
It should be tender when done and melt in your mouth without
all the chewin.
Vinegar makes meats tender.
