Was wondering of someone could tell me HOW to fry the wings:

a) in a pan with just a bit of oil?

b) in the deep frier ?

c) in the oven maybe, without frying them?

Which is the best way? Thanks in advance for your help:) I'll throw a party tomorrow night and I'm planning to prepare Buffalo Wings too;)

I seasoned my new cast iron pan as per the instructions - Apply Crisco and heat in a 350F oven for 2 hrs. I wiped clean the pan and tried cooking in it. The food tasted extremely bitter. Is this because the pan was new? Do I have to season it few more times to get rid of the bitter taste?

Help I really need an authentic hispanic food recipe. Please give me a simple and delicious recipe...not like tacos and burritos but something a little more complicated. It's for a Spanish cooking project.

It's for a valentine's related event, and I can't find the darn recipe anywhere on the internet or in a cookbook.

I do remember that the Kisses are put on after the cookies are baked, but while they are still warm.

Many thanks in advance.

The meat still is a little pinkish. I cooked it for the recommended time (2.25 hrs for slightly more than 4 lbs) and to an internal temperature of 155. I seem to recall that this happened last time, too. Maybe my meat thermometer is off?

The low carb cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory has 6 net carbs and is made with Splenda. If there is ANYBODY out there who knows of a truly delicious recipe, I'd love it.
