I have trouble with rice getting too mushy when I reheat the soups I make, so is there a type that will remain firm longer than others?

Does anyone have a recipe for Calamari rings LM style?
I don't want crumbed calamari please. If you have to ask what LM style is...I suppose I'd better answer - it's Lorenso Marcs(?) in Mozambique, there was a special way of doing calamari rings in garlic, lemon and butter.

This allows the spaghetti to absorb a great amount of the flavor but it takes more time to finish because the items are together and you have a slower due to slower heat transfer.

any idea what this is called I used to know, you can also add kelbalsa and it is great.

This is not a low cal. meal.

I bought a block of tofu. About a half a pound. I hear it takes on the flavor of what ever it is cooked in. And sence I love beef, I thought I would cook it in Beef broth. But do I cut it up, or pu it in whole? And how long should I cook it? Does It melt like butter or will it be lumps?
