Pizzel (not sure how it's spelled), it is a thin like cookie flavored with Annis
(a green fern like herb that has it oil ex traced out of it)
The best way to eat them is wright off the pizzell iron with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream in between two.

it's called pizzelle. if you want to make it home made, you will need a pizzelle maker first off, otherwise, you would have to go out and buy them premade.

they're called pizzelles. the two most common flavors are vanilla and anise. they are excellent cookies because they are low in calories, fat and sugar. have you tried eating them with vanilla ice cream? mmmmm! very delicious!
