To paraphrase the Taco Bell advertisement: "Think outside the tortilla!"
Make shrimp scampi with the shrimp, garlic, and butter. Divide the rice and make part of it into risotto to serve with the scampi.
Turn the rest of the rice into rice pudding. Serve with Sorta Buenelos (assuming that you're using flour tortillas, that is.)
Cut flour tortillas into strips and deep-fry. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar.

Well you have got enough for a tasty shrimp meal! First bring the butter into a pan to melt. Then put your big shrimp in the pan and let them cook. I hope your garlic is grated but if not chop in tiny pieces this will give your shrimp some flavor. Now everything is in the pan. your shrimp is ready when it is nice and pink. And with the rice,if you know how to make some white steamed rice that would be great. Then you serve the rice in a plate first then you put your big juicy shrimp on top and voala! Your dinner is served. And start warming them tortillas.

Take the butter or EVOO and cook the crushed garlic (I peel mine and then mash down on the cloves with the side of a chef's knife) with a small pinch of salt. Make sure you use tons of garlic cloves (like 10 or more). Cook them so that they're lightly browned and tender.
Food process them until it makes a buttery-garlic "sauce."
Cook the rice plain and "white." This will be the bed of your dish.
Now put part of the sauce you made on the shrimps and lay them on a medium grill. Be careful here. I always read 3 mins/ side but that ends up being too long for mine!
You may want to add some red pepper flakes to the sauce before putting it on, if you like spice : )
After taking up the shrimp, lay it out (you can do it with "flair" if you're being fancy) and then pour the rest of the sauce over the shrimp-topped rice.
Warm the tortillas if you like to help scoop up the food. You'll be shelling the shrimp with your fingers anyway so why not keep the theme of eating with your hands with the tortillas.
Yum!

What do you mean "now what?" You've got everything there. Cook up the shrimp and garlic in butter, plop them in the tortillas and make shrimp tacos. Make the rice on the side; add some canned tomatoes to create a sort of Spanish Rice.

Cook the shrimp with a little butter, crushed or minced garlic and some parsley. Make sure the shrimp skin is peeled off, and devein and remove eyes and head.. Fill the tortillas with rice mixed with a little olive oil, taco seasoning and cilantro. If you don't like cilantro, try parsley or fresh basil. Top with cheese and tomato sauce after rolling over. Pour shrimp over and add some cheese and cream. Bake in a greased glass casserole dish for 25 minutes at 300 F. Preheat oven five minutes before.

Some sort of shrimp Paella, I think. Cook the rice, saute the shrimp in butter and garlic, maybe add some vegetables and additional spices, and serve on the tortillas.

Get the butter melting in a pan, and the rice (cooked) and then, once it's hot, add the shrimp (which will cook very quickly, in about 5 minutes). Wrap it in a tortilla and call it lunch!
