Put a couple of pieces of american cheese between two slices of bread. Butter the bread on the OUTSIDE, wrap in aluminum foil, turn iron on to the wool setting, press the sandwich with the iron on the ironing board (but don't move it around on the foil, or it might scratch the iron). Just set the iron on it on one side for a few minutes, then turn it over and do the other side a few minutes. (You could also fry it in a skillet too.)

Pita pizzas... Get some flat pita breads and brush with olive oil. Then spread some Hunt's tomato sauce on (i use the basil.garlic one), put some shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms whatever. Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins on 350.

Spaghetti.. Brown some lean ground beef or turkey. Add onions, peppers, salt, pepper, garlic and your favorite marinara sauce. Cook some pasta and serve with garlic bread.

Hrm let's try to think of some idea's for you. If you have a George Forman type indoor grill you could cook hamburgers or hot dogs, grill chicken, fish, grilled sandwiches....all kinds of stuff. Hamburger Helper.....Campbells has some really good boxed meals where all you do is add chicken and bake. Taco's, chicken salad sandwiches. If you don't like any of these ideas you can go to www.allrecipes.com. They have a TON of ideas there.
