People have linked aluminum pans to Alzheimer's disease in the past, but this has never been medically proven. Myself, I've never heard of anyone getting sick from using aluminum pots.

Quality-wise, aluminum pots are so-so, and they never last long. I'd go with stainless steel . . . it's worth the little bit of extra cash!
