Boil about a half cup of water in a pot....put in the frozen veggies...bring back to a boil, cover and cook for about 15 min.

Cheesy Olive appetizers



These became popular in the '60's and are still good today. Bet you can't eat just one! Prep time includes 20 minutes of flash freezing.

55 min 40 min prep
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 jar stuffed green olives

1. Mix together all the ingredients except the olives.
2. It will be a thick mixture.
3. Drain at least 48 stuffed green olives.
4. Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture around each olive, to completely cover it.
5. Flash freeze covered olives at least 20 minutes.
6. Store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
7. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400F for about 15 minutes.

superbird was close-dependin g on the veg,1/4-1/2 cup of water,bring to boil,lower heat to a simmer,cover and cook 8-10 minutes.Let sit covered another 2-3 minutes. There should be instructions on the package.

A little oil in a pan get real hot , dont cover .... and put them in the pan frozen. then stir fry

You've got to take them out of the freezer and let them thaw for a couple of hours first. Otherwise, you will get too much moisture in your vegetables and they will be too watery. The best thing to do is to let thaw and then fry.

A tablespoon of oil on the bottom of the pan,,add veggies & cover.Stir often.

You do not use hot oil and water in the same wok. Defrost the vegetables first.

put them in not very hot water till they are normal
defreeze them in microwave
or
like tomato
roll them on coconutpowder deepfry it new and tasty dish
