well I would be a little worried about freezing the potatoes and gravy. Not that it will harm you if you do freeze, but you might not get what you expect when you defrost them. The potatoes might come out gray and gummy. The gravy, well, depending on the type of gravy 7 the amount to water in it, it might be harder to bring back from freezing, kind of like making your own icecream with out the machine- it freezes funny and never comes out right.
But every thing else should be fine to freeze. The chicken might be a little soggy when you defrost it, but put it in a preheated oven to heat up, that should crisp the skin up fine!
It sounds so good I might make that tomorrow night for dinner!

Yes, but I would not freeze them all together, even that would not prevent you from doing so. Because they all have defrosting time differences, it would be better to freeze them separately. then, as you are ready to reheat, defrost or microwave, you can deal with the hardest frozen first (the meat) and then the less hard. That way, you get them all ready at the same time.

I've done it - I make my own TV dinners, and freeze them in the divided microwavable dishes.
I take it out of the freezer the day before, let it thaw in the fridge, then pop in in the Microwave at work - great for lunches.
