When making home made spaghetti sauce I have added boneless chicken breast into my sauce at the beginning so it has time to fully cook, I also add sausage but only add this if you like it. My other ingredients are tomato paste, tomatoe sauce, fresh garlic, garlic salt, pepper, a little itialian seasoning, a little oregano, and let this simmer all day on low and stir often so it does not burn then brown your hamburger and grate some onions into the hamburger drain and add to sauce and if you like meatballs make them by putting some garlic salt on your hands and roll meatballs into the salt, brown until done, drain grease and add to sauce, continue cooking for another hour or until noodles are ready. Do not put too many pieces of chicken into the sauce because as it cooks the chicken will start to break apart and you will have more chicken than you will want. Maybe two breasts is all you will need.
Good Luck.

I usually make it will leftover chicken here is what I do:
*Chicken cut into little peices (kind of shredding it or pulling it appart with your fingers)
*1/2 large onion chopped (finely)
*1 carrot chopped finely
* 1 garlic clove shopped (or garlic powder)
* 1 jar spagetti sauce
* 1 package angel hair pasta
Cook the pasta till done then drain.
Sautee the onion, carrots, and garlic in a pan with oil (olive oil preferably) for about 4 minutes. Then add the chicken and heat though. Then add all of this to the pot with the noodles that have been drained. Add the jar of spaggetti sauce and mix together. Serve with a side of breadsticks.

In may homes where beef is not eaten, chicken is substituted for beef in must all recipies. Cut the chicken into small pieces cook in salted water, when done, cool, cut up and add to spaghetti recipe where you add the beef. Good luck.

1/2 lb of chicken breasts cubed
one can of crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tblspns of oregano (dried)
3 cloves of garlic - smashed with the flat side of a knofe
3 tblspns of extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti - cooked according to package
optional - chopped parsley, grated parmesan cheese
Heat the oil in a heavy non-stick skillet .. add the garlic and cook until it begins to get brown, but do not let it burn. Add the chicken. Cook until the chicken has turned opaque, add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and peper and simmer for 30 minutes on medium-low heat stirring occasionally.
Serve your quick and yummy chicken marinara with pasta and garnish (if you choose) with chopped parsley and grated cheese.
