I've searched the internet and other than ricotta, sugar and vanilla, I'm not finding any recipes for cannoli cream. The combo ain't bad at all, but I feel like I'm missing a secret ingredient (not the choco chips or citrus pieces). Help me with a killer recipe for the stuff. Please!

Growing up my father used to make macaroni and milk. I have never found another family who ate this. He said it was a poor people food his mother made. You boil elbow macaroni, drain, add to milk with some salt and bacon fat and pieces. I used to hate it. But I enjoy it as an adult.

Take a half serving of cocoa wheats and a half serving of oatmeal and mix. That is a good dish. What would you call it? What dish have you mixed that seems strange to you?

I had some pheasant pot pie the other day and it was phenominally delicious. I was told the recipe came from Rice Creek Hunting, a game animal organization, but I can't find anything on their website.

If someone could post a good recipe (with sources please) for pheasant pot pie, especially if it's from Rice Creek Hunting, I would greatly appreciate it!

I saw this recipe in my local grocery ad, and have found it online at several sites. However, none list in the ingredients the "juice concentrate" it says to add with the bananas. I found some sites credit the recipe to the book "International Fish Cookery". Maybe someone out there has the book [issued 1979 by Lou Seibert Pappas] with the recipe. I've never sauteed bananas before, nor found a recipe similar to this one to know how much or what kind of juice concentrate to add.
Thanks for any help ya'll can give me.
