Put them in an air tight container. If they get stale, put them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch them and don't over roast them.

Keep them fresh like the other guy said - air tight.

But you can't make stale ones fresh, because they already oxidized.

keep your nuts in an airtight container in the freezer. If the oils in the nut have gone rancid there is nothing you can do, however if they are just a little stale, toast them up.

pop them in a low oven (about 250 degrees for about 20 min.) it will make them crisp and fresher tasting....
