I agree, but sea fish are also good smoked, like Cod and then gently cooked in fresh milk (simmer)
My Mother was a dab hand at this for a simple meal served with new boiled spuds and some fresh veg on the side.

I agree. I love both Trout and Salmon. Can never pig out on it like I would like to. My mouth is watering.

The same way you'd eat smoked salmon. On a bagel with cream cheese is traditional.

oh yes it beautiful had some kiln smoked sea bass a couple of weeks ago wow that was so good!!!
