A really good marbled piece of steak. All the places around here are so hung up on the higher grades -- which is fine in theory -- but we never get any well marbled anything in our supermarkets. Just a nice cheap cut of something with tons of fat running through it.

Some killer cabernet to go with it wouldn't hurt either.

I guess I'm lucky. There is such a hugely diverse ethnic group in Chicago....there isn't much I can't find!

truffles, caviar, spiny lobsters, those massive prawns, kingfish,
alphonso mangoes, opakapaka, maitaki... they are pricey!
