Got any suitable recipe and hints/tips? I only have a standard oven.

What kind of muffins? Probably a variety would be good, maybe 2 or 3 flavors. This is for a welcoming stall for first year uni students.

Making them from either mix or scratch. I got some mixes, but not enough for 60. Seeing as 60 is a larger quantity than the usual 12 from a mix, I would like to also make some from scratch if someone has an easy recipe.

Easiest way is 2 get 5 packs of a basic muffin mix. Then add:
1st Batch: Mashed Banana
2nd Batch:Choc chips
3rd Batch: Macadamia nuts
4th Batch: Raspberries(frozen OK)
5th Batch: Cinnamon & chopped apple
They cook pretty quickly. Make1 batch. Whack them in the oven, then make up the next while you're waiting.
If you want to dress them up, beat some cream cheese and icing sugar together and pour ontop. Good Luck!

The best way is to call up a bunch of friends and have each one make one batch using their favorite mix or recipe. That way you have lots of kinds of muffins and it's not very much work for anyone. All you have to do is swing by their houses in the morning to pick up the goods. (You should probably plan to make three batches yourself for friends whose recipes are flops or who flake out on you.)

I don't think there is an easy way. Just make sure you don't make the muffins too big making the task harder by using more batter. Make sure you use the oven timer so you don't burn the muffins as you will curse if you do. Oh and good luck
