Christmas Salad Ingredients: 16oz Cottage Cheese, 8oz Whip Cream (I don't know if it means whipping cream in the carton or whipped cream in the spray can!), 3oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained), green and red maraschino cherries, and 1-pound marshmallows (melted). That is it. NO directions of any kind. I have searched for hours on the internet with no luck. Thank you!

I need to feed a bunch (10?) of hungry guys, and would prefer to take something that I can make in advance and just heat up. Chili seems to be the obvious choice, but that one is already taken. Breakfast and lunch ideas are welcome as well as dinner.
Thanks in advance!

I have found a good mix of ingredients for flavor but the cheese is always stringy. I have tried the stove top and a crock pot. I also tried different cheeses, Chedder, MJ, and Colby and it always comes out the same. Any suggestions?

Even when I keep the heat on medium, it still gets stuck to the inside of the pan and it's almost impossible to clean the pan, might as well throw it away afterward! I use a stainless steel pan with a thick bottom and stir it constantly as it cooks. By the time it comes to a boil, there is a thick coating in the pan. Any good cooks out there that can help me?!?

I bought some Tyson steak strips and I'm going to make quesadillas with them...I want to pep them up a little and put more in them than just shredded cheese. Is there some kind of seasoning I could put in with the cheese or maybe a VERY simple sauce I could make? I don't have many groceries at the moment so it can't be anything too complicated lol

On the Food Network's Road Tested program (Seattle episode), I saw a pie made by the Alaska Silk Pie Company. It's called Cafe Diablo Pie. It has 7 layers, chocolate and white chocolate amongst others, made with different spices like cloves and liqueurs and a crust of nuts with caramel. It's made in a tall springform pan.
Anyone figured out a copy recipe?

I want to make frosting and some recipes call for "powdered" sugar. Is that the same as the regular sugar that you would put in coffee for example? and what would confectioners sugar be? Thanks!!
